I'm Spencer Eiseman, a proud Tacoma transplant, a REALTOR® with Windermere Abode, and someone who genuinely loves this city and the people in it. Since 2018, I've helped buyers and sellers across the South Puget Sound navigate one of life's biggest decisions with clarity, confidence, and a little fun along the way.

Trees planted with every successful home sale
I didn't grow up here, but Tacoma chose me — and I chose it right back. What started as a career in real estate quickly became something deeper: a genuine investment in this community and the people who call it home.
I've been selling real estate in the South Puget Sound since 2018, and in that time I've worked with first-time buyers navigating their first offer, long-time homeowners ready to right-size, investors building their portfolios, and everyone in between. My approach has always been the same: collaborative, educational, and rooted in your goals—not mine.
Beyond the transaction, I stay involved. I'm a founding board member of the local LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance chapter, and I partner with local organizations working to make homeownership more accessible and equitable across our region.
As both a queer real estate agent and a consumer, I’ve experienced discrimination and homophobia in the housing market firsthand. Those moments weren’t just frustrating—they were clarifying. Instead of stepping away, I chose to stay, show up, and help create a more inclusive and equitable real estate experience in Tacoma and across the South Sound.
Real estate is one of the most powerful tools for building wealth, stability, and community—and everyone deserves equal access to it. My work is grounded in fair housing principles and the belief that your identity, family structure, or background should never limit your ability to buy, sell, or invest in a home.
I’m a founding member of the local LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance board, where I collaborate with others to advance fair housing, expand equitable access to homeownership, and support underserved communities throughout Pierce County.
This commitment shows up in how I run my business every day—from the vendors I recommend to inclusive and compliant marketing to strong client advocacy at every stage of the transaction.
At Windermere Abode, these values aren’t aspirational—they’re operational. Fair housing isn’t a checkbox; it’s a responsibility. Every client I work with receives the same level of expertise, respect, and advocacy—full stop.
Because this work isn’t just about real estate—it’s about creating access, building equity, and helping people feel seen, safe, and supported.
Founding local board member and region delegate board member — working to create a more inclusive and fair housing environment across Pierce County and the South Sound.
Formal training in fair housing law, cultural competency, and working with clients of all backgrounds, identities, and family structures.
A team explicitly built around diversity, equity, and inclusion — not as a tagline, but as the foundation of how we practice real estate every day.
You make the big decisions. My job is to make sure you're fully informed when you do.
Seven-plus years in the South Sound means I know the neighborhoods, the market, and the nuances.
Every client is welcomed, respected, and advocated for — regardless of background or identity.
No surprises, no fine-print surprises. I'll tell you what I know, and I'll tell you when I don't know.
I plant trees for every home sold—because where you live matters, and so does the planet.
You get the same marketing, strategy, and attention whether your home is $300K or $3M.
"Real estate that's collaborative, inclusive, and easy to navigate — so you can move forward with confidence."
That's not a mission statement I wrote for a website. It's how I've tried to practice every day since I got my license in 2018—and it's why I'll keep showing up long after closing day.
